Our Lady of Perpetual Trouble is sitting across from me at Laguardia, Gate C19. I heard her voice before I saw her and knew it couldn't be anyone else.

It was a welcome sight after sitting in a conference for 3 days and facing a board of cancelled flights (luckily not mine, not yet). Seeing her reminded me there is fun in the world. She was on the Denver flight.

I will always think of Miss Trouble as young and pretty in the earlier episodes. I wish we could all stay that way. Did she still look that way to you?

This is like Twitter (or what I imagine it to be)! Groton was sitting at gate 19C yesterday and there was Ilene, headed to Denver! Way cool.

She looks like she should - relaxed and happy. Was in the company of a man in his 20s who could have been a companion or her son.

I just LOVED the moniker - Our Lady Of Perpetual Trouble - most EGGSELLENT!!
Since St. Christopher has been given the boot, maybe Dee could fill in...

But what would the medal look like? A bon bon? A round bed? Maybe a barrette? I think I'd vote for the crocheted shawl she wore in the original opening.

Oh goodness! A medal. What a perfect idea. It would need a motto. What is Latin for "but I was so lonely and scared..."?

Were Ilene and Malcolm, real-life lovers?

Malcolm and Ilene are seen together, seemingly cozy, on google images, in or around LA.
