David Rasche (Wes Leonard #1)
---------------------------------------------------------------
March 15, 1987
Age: 42.
Birthplace: St. Louis.
Occupation: Actor.
Current home: New York City.
Marital status: Married to Heather Lupton for seven years.
Children: Two.
Car: A 1970 multicolored Volkswagen. The trunk is green, the fenders gray and the rest used to be red.
Working on: Starring in ``Sledge Hammer!`` on ABC-TV on Saturday nights, and a new movie, ``Made in Heaven,`` with Kelly McGillis.
Worst job: I was the stand-in for Perry King on an Andy Warhol movie called ``Bad.`` All they used me for was to light the scene, and then they called in King. I lasted two days.
My worst date: I had just broken up with a girlfriend of seven years and I moved in with a friend and called to have a new phone installed. I had such a good time talking and laughing with the woman who answered my call that I said, ``Let`s meet.`` I thought: ``This is how it happens. This is why I broke up. It`s fate.`` Well, she lived way out in the suburbs, and I didn`t have a car and had to take a taxi to get to her house. She was a very nice woman, but when I got there, I realized we had nothing to say to each other.
The last good movie I saw was: ``Room with a View.``
The books I`ve been recommending lately are: ``Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant`` and ``Accidental Tourist,`` both by Anne Tyler.
Favorite pigout food: Sushi.
Nicknames: Hey, you.
Favorite performer: Marlon Brando.
Personal heroes: Sid Caesar, Jimmy Durante and Carl Reiner.
I`m better than anyone else when it comes to: Humility.
If I could do it over, I`d: Read the directions.
The worst part of my job is: The first day of shooting; you don`t know what you`re doing.
My fantasy is: I get a chance to do my scenes over again.
People who knew me in high school thought I: Had a hotline to God because my father was a minister. They were wrong.
The one thing everybody`s tried but me is: Designer jeans.

Nickname: My husband calls me Champ.
