Fia, that is a gorgeous trumpet vine at your neighbors' house. Hummingbirds love them. The drawback with them is they send out suckers everywhere. I have one that I specifically put into a huge planter box to avoid that "spread" problem. Nature won, I lost. They are coming up all of the place.
Your Morning Glories are lovely. Mine never bloomed. Next year I will plant in the ground instead of in a giant pot.

I'm not sure if those are trumpets. They come off of what looks more like a tree than a vine. Indeed the little hummers do love them. I'll take a closer look. Maybe the vines grew up a tree. Anyway, it's my house now so I can do what I want. Be careful where you put the morning glories. Talk about invasive! Don's pool buddy told him the chemicals were waaaaaaaaaay off in the water sample he took him. The weekly pool man doesn't know it yet, but come Monday he'll have one less pool to clean. I've now got some pool pics to post, but will have to do it later.
