Okay, I am posting these although I know it is a bit like showing you a gallon of paint I plan to use and expecting to get a great reaction. The big deal is that I feel as though this will allow me to get this job finished. I included the preying mantis just because he was so cool.

The preying mantis got fed up with my pushing the camera so close and jumped onto my shoulder three times while I was trying to get the perfect shot.

I continue to be so excited for you!! These will end up in the final design as a "piece of peace". What a great accomplishment!
And that preying mantis needs a short name for his short time here - Jude, perhaps??

I am accustomed to being teased for just about everything I do. Fortunately I don't take myself too seriously.

Very cool. Love the praying mantis. I only see them around here once in a blue moon. I think the birds get them.
