I can't decide - for different reasons, it's a tie between Malcolm Groome and John Blazo. Never saw the fourth Pat, but I did see some scenes with Pat #3. He was scary.

He played the scenes with Ilene perfectly. I'm glad that he got to blow up at Dee for all her lies, which was shortly before he left in mid-1978. I can't imagine John Blazo's Pat shoving the window up and screaming, "GO AHEAD, DELIA - JUMP!!!!"

Monika, it's time for us to go to bed. How late do you stay up? It's 1:48 am PST. You're 3 hours ahead of me. Good night.

Malcolm Groome. He is my very favorite actor from Ryan's Hope. Loved his Pat.

Malcom Groome but I did grow to like John Blazo who I first I didn't care for.

Malcolm Groome -- although even Malcolm said they changed Pat a great deal (and changed him too much for Malcolm's liking) from the chauvinist ladies' man Pat started out as.
John Blazo and Patrick James Clarke (limited on him) were fine. John Blazo had great senesitive blue eyes and PJC had a great smile.
Robert Finoccoli's Pat seemed like he was wound a little too tight.

Malcolm Groome. He had the right mix of fun, sincerity, and heart.

Robert Finoccoli's Pat seemed like he was wound a little too tight. Someone on TWOP described him as an "angry Brady brother". LOL!!!

Is it just me, or does Patrick James Clarke look like a cross between Geoff Pierson and William Shatner?

Is it just me, or does Patrick James Clarke look like a cross between Geoff Pierson and William Shatner? He kind of does. Even though not on TV or film -- it's great to know that he has continued acting all these years-- even if its just regionally.
